How to Reserve Puppies

Step 1

Contact us to set up an Interview with us.

  • Learn More
    • To get a quick response the best way to get in contact with us is via FB business messenger or by SMS text (580) 574-7135. You can also contact us via email, however we might not response as quickly.  
    • The goal of the interview is to make sure that the seller and the buyer feel comfortable with one another before they establish a relationship.

Step 2

Financial Agreement and Nonrefundable Deposit for the purchase of Golden Retriever puppy

    • CONTRACT AND FINANCIAL AGREEMENT

    • Once there is an agreement from both parties a financial agreement will be sent by email to the new owner. The financial agreement will need to be completed before puppy pick up day. A nonrefundable deposit of $300 need to be paid in the beginning and the rest of the cost need to be paid in full before or at pick up.

      

    • Once step one is finalized a Zelle payment will be set up for payments.  Your nonrefundable cash deposit is due at the time of first puppy visitation. 

Step 3

Schedule a visit and select your puppy in-person or by facetime.

    • Visitation will begin only after the puppies are 4 weeks old and only to those who put down their nonrefundable deposit. The visitation hours may vary and will be posted on Facebook Business Page. 

    • We also do provide Facetime video and regular pictures/ updates for individuals who cannot come during visitation times.

Step 4

Signing of Contract, Final Payment and Pick up Date

    • The seller will go over the contract with the buyer to make sure they understand it and agree to its terms.

    • Contract needs to be signed before taking home your chosen Golden Retriever puppy. Puppy can go to their new loving home at 8 weeks. 

    • Payment is done in full before or onsite of pick-up of your chosen puppy. WE ACCEPT PAYMENTS ONLY WITH ZELLE OR CASH

    • Pick up Date and Time will be posted on our Facebook Business Page. 

    • We can keep your puppy longer up to a week at no charge due to Army life and unexpected life circumstances. If we keep your puppy for more than a week of Post Pick up date there will be additional charges.
